Showstoppers Stageschool opened in 2006 by Elaine Hearty. Elaine is an actress, singer, voiceover artist, songwriter and film maker. At that time, Elaine had been teaching drama in Our Lady's School Templeogue and was approached many times by parents and teachers to open up a school. Now years on, she is delighted to keep up the connection with the school.

Elaine and the fantastic team of teachers and staff are passionate about what they do, with most working in the theatre/film business also. They are dedicated to providing good quality training, and qualifications as well as centering their courses around developing self esteem and life skills. Our tots and minis courses are jam packed. Using dramatic role play, song, dance, action poems, and even public speaking, we explore and develop. Every 3 weeks, we theme the classes, space, animals, circus etc.

We provide opportunities for the kids who crave performing and create a safe space from age 3 upwards to boost child development. We are constantly growing and evolving and always creating new and fresh ideas to challenge and most of all have fun!!

Elaine is one of the founding members of PAEI (Performing Arts Educators of Ireland), providing a voice and support for those who teach in the arts.
